• Transfer from and to the airport

• Welcome drink

• Weekly cleaning of the swimming pool

• For a stay  if rended entire villa longer than 9 nights we change the bedding and towels 1 time  a week

  • extra changes of bedding and towels is possible for an additional fee

  • daily or weekly cleaning service is possible for an additional fee

• Children under the age of 2 can stay for free in the parents room (please ask for the baby bed)

• The owner is 24/7 available for information, questions or problems

• Water and electricity (normal use)

Prices excluded:

• Damage Deposit US $ 600 (*)

• Departure cleaning fee  or US $ 250(*)

• Minimum booking of 7 nights

• Check in time from 16:00 - check out time before 10:30

  • Late check-out according to availability 24 h before check out  - fee 10 US$/ hour/room

• Payment policy: 25% booking deposit and the remaining balance (75%) 8 weeks before arrival date.

• (*), damage deposit and final cleaningfee must be payed cash on the day of arrival.

• Cancellation policy Private Villa.

  • At least 60 days before arrival date; only the deposit of 25% is withheld

  • Between 60 and 30 days before arrival date; a refund of 50% of the remaining balance

  • If cancellation less than 30 day’s before arrival date; there is no refund possible

• Liability: It is unfortunately not possible to accept any liability for damage or injury caused to
  participant (s), from any cause such damage if this injury is. Nor will we be liable for the loss,
  theft or damage of property, money included.
